Twitch puzzles over the case of Billy Kincaid and forms a plan with Spawn to stop Kincaid from possessing innocent people, coercing them to perform unspeakable crimes and then sentencing their souls to Hell. Knowing his family is a target of Kincaid's, Twitch convinces Helen to take the kids away for a while.
