I can't log in! Help!

As we moved to a brand new website we are still in the process of pulling all the accounts information across. You’ll need to register again with the same email, however this will sync with all your account information in store, including previous orders, which will be available for you to access online soon.

How can I pay?

We have 4 different ways to pay for your goodies, via Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay or ZipMoney.

 

I have just placed an order, how long will my parcel take to arrive?

Our mailing days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Parcels to most areas within the Sydney CBD should take up to 2 working days*. Parcels to the rest of Australia can take between 2-10 working days* to arrive at their destination.

International parcels take up to 10-14 working days*.

Please note: All parcels are sent with tracking via Australia Post, unless additional postage services are requested at checkout. KINGS Comics will not be held responsible for any loss or damage unless the parcel is sent with Fully Insured Post. If you would like to have your order sent by one of these methods, you can select one of these options when placing your order. 

*Working days are Monday - Friday. All parcels are sent the next mailing day from order placement.

 

What are the benefits of selecting Parcel Post or Express Post?

If you select Parcel Post you receive a tracking number and your order will require a signature upon delivery.

If your order contains collectibles like CGC comics or statues, we recommend Parcel Post - Fully Insured and Tracking. This ensures that your order is registered for the full dollar amount of your items to protect you against loss or damage of your parcel and you also receive a tracking number.

We also offer Express Post up to 3kg (books and comics) for customers who wish to receive their order within the next working day of SHIPPING your items. This also includes a tracking number. Please keep in mind that if the parcel is over 3kg, or will not fit in a 3kg satchel, (merchandise and heavier books) then it will leave the NEXT shipping day. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

Please note: All other parcels are sent via standard Australia Post mail.  As such, KINGS cannot trace these parcels, nor will we be held responsible for any loss or damage unless the parcel is sent via Fully Insured Post. If you would like to have your order sent by one of these methods, you can do so by selecting one of these options when placing your order.

If you would like further control over delivery, you can sign up to Australia Post for a free account where you can opt for safe drop, parcel collect or redirect to an alternate delivery address if applicable.

 

What is the difference between Economy Air and Standard Tracking?

Economy Air is the most cost effective way to send items internationally, as such there is no tracking and it generally takes up to 10 business days.

Standard Post includes tracking where you can keep updated about the status of your orders delivery which generally takes up to 6 business days.

Both options are packed the same, in a reinforced cardboard mailer, the difference lies in the delivery time and track-ability. 

Economy Letter (if available to your location) is most budget option, recommended for single comics only. Packaged in an envelope between pieces of reinforced cardboard, there is no tracking and it will take up to 10 business days to deliver. 

 

Where do you ship?

KINGS ships to most countries worldwide, however we do not ship to some countries due to the high level of fraudulent orders. If you find your country is not listed when ordering, feel free to contact us at info@kingscomics.com or call us on +61 2 9267 5615.

 

Can I pick up an Online Order from the store?

Yes! Please choose this option at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Store Pickups need to be collected within four weeks of fulfillment date.

 

What if one/some of the items I've ordered are out of stock or unavailable?

If any of the items you've ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via email and notify you of their stock status, with an estimate of when the items are due to arrive back in stock.
You can elect to split your order, but please keep in mind that an additional postage charge will apply should you do so. 

 

When will you charge my card?

Your order is billed immediately at the time of purchase.

 

Why does my PayPal account say pending?

If the order status is "Pending", your order has been received by KINGS Comics, but your payment has not yet been processed.

 

What if I have just made an order and would like to add/remove items?

The easiest way to do this is to send an email to info@kingscomics.com and we will confirm whether or not these changes are possible. For urgent changes please call us on +61 2 9267 5615.

  

I have just placed an order and would like to cancel it?

Providing your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@kingscomics.com or call us on (02) 9267 5615 and we will confirm if this is possible.

 

Why is the cover of the issue I received different to the one on the website?

Most comic titles come with a variety of covers per issue, each of which are allocated at random to orders. Should you wish to have the cover depicted on the website (generally Cover A) please make a note in the 'Notes'/'Additional Comments' Section on the 'My Cart' page at the checkout. We will make every attempt to deliver your request however we cannot guarantee this as we allocate fairly on a 'first come first served' basis.

Please also be aware that Cover Art may not be final as it can be subject to change, hence KINGS Comics can make no guarantees about what cover you may receive and takes no responsibility for any differences in Covers advertised.
