New York has succumbed to chaos. Devastating attacks by Black Forest have brought the city to its knees. Abel and Kira are trying to quell the situation, but it's hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys in the confusion, so not only do they have to contend with Cain's goons, but local law enforcement and scared citizens alike.
