Condition grading guide
We grade our products using the following industry-standard scale. Each grade reflects the overall condition including cover, spine, and pages.
Nearly perfect. Minor imperfections such as a tiny spine stress or very light corner wear. Cover is flat with high gloss. Pages are off-white to white.
An above-average copy with minor wear. Small creases, tears, light spine stress, or minor corner blunting may be present. Cover retains most of its gloss.
An average, readable copy with moderate wear. Creases, tears, minor spine roll, and some loss of gloss may be present. Pages may be slightly tanned.
A below-average copy showing significant wear. Noticeable creasing, spine wear, and corner wear. Cover may have small tears or chips. Pages are tanned.
A well-read copy with heavy wear. Significant creasing, rolling, and possible small pieces missing from the cover. Cover may be loose. Pages are browned.
A heavily worn copy. Large tears, chunks missing, heavy creasing, soiling, or water damage. Covers may be detached. Suitable for reading copies only.

Description
Humanity now faces mutants, a mysterious sub-species that is gifted with strange and frightening powers. Hidden among the population, they are feared and hated by their human cousins. As rumors and urban myths about their existence spread across the world, the U.S. Government creates its own initiative to deal with this threat: the Sentinel Project.
Meanwhile, two men wage a secret war for the hearts and minds of young mutants everywhere. Charles Xavier has recruited a cadre of students including Cyclops, Jean Grey and Beast that call themselves the "X-Men". But there are others out there, living in fear, struggling to deal with what they are: Ororo Munroe, Bobby Drake... and another, more dangerous mutant named Logan. Simultaniously, the terrorist known only as Magneto has assembled "The Brotherhood," a militant group dedicated to the overthrow of human authority.
