Teru, Ako and Nobuo move outside of the train and gather up enough supplies to last until the rescue theyre waiting for finally comes. Nobuo starts acting bizarrely and leaves the group after he and Teru pull knives on each other. Nobuo losing sight of reality strips down and paints his body with make-up. Meanwhile, Teru has found an air duct that may lead out of the cave. Teru thinks hes found a way out but soon the entire cave starts crumbling all around him. He races back to get the others but Nobuo is insanely wielding a knife. Teru is able to save Ako and they leave Nobuo behind as they run to escape the cave before it collapses for good.
