Animal Man must stop a pair of Thanagarian terrorists: one is a Thanagarian woman named Skalla Kol, the other is the artist" Rokara Soh who has been raised from a young age to realize his potential as a warrior. He has chosen Earth as his conquest.Skalla Kol and Animal Man fight and AM gets the upper hand and kills her. Rokara Soh with Animal Man defeated sets off his device in Earth's atmosphere but Hawkman stops it in time.
