FAQs

How many items can I buy?

Each customer is allowed to select 1 of each item. Eg. You are allowed to buy 1 x Elite Trainer Box and 1 x Tech Blister Pack.

Anyone caught breaking the rules will have ALL their orders cancelled.

Will you ship postal lockers?

No, orders will be cancelled as a high number of bot users use postal lockers.

Do we allow orders to the same address?

No, any orders will the same billing or postal address will be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Pokémon product for 30th will be limited to Australian addresses only.

Can I use in store pickup?

Yes, however your ID must match the order name and address. You cannot authorise any one else to pickup your order.
